Authors: E.A. Evstifeeva, E.Yu. Maykova
Abstract: The paper presents thoughts and conclusions about philosophical prerequisites for the formation of subjectivity of student youth. The answer to the question of solving the problem of subjectlessness of student youth is given. It concerns the identification of those philosophical and psychological resources that help the formation and development of human subjectivity. The substantiation of subjectivity through such nuclear components as spirituality, meaning, values, meaningfulness of life is indicated. The appeal to the heritage of Russian philosophers (in particular, N.A. Berdyaev) gives an opportunity to explain the figure of the subject and subjectivity not as an epistemological and transcendental subject in the paradigm of German classical philosophy, but as a spiritual activity of a person. Arguments of modern Russian philosophical anthropology (F.I. Girenok) about overcoming the subject-object duality of European rationality in the prism of values and meanings in the hallucenosis of Russian consciousness are presented. The significance of subjectivity as an interdisciplinary and psychological phenomena is revealed. The way of overcoming subjectlessness in student youth through exposure to the spiritual heritage of Russian philosophy with its meaning-life projection, as well as through the development of such attributes of subjectivity as conceptual and critical thinking, communicative abilities for openness to dialog and understanding of the other is proposed

OF INDIVIDUALS WITH VARIOUS PATTERNS OF STRESS-COPE BEHAVIOR (ON THE EXAMPLE OF STUDENTS OF TVER UNIVERSITIES)
Authors: N.Yu. Vlasenko
Abstract: Diagnostics of constructive and maladaptive patterns of behavior in stress among students of Tver universities studying at the 1st and 2nd courses was carried out. It is noted that in general the results are satisfactory: 63 % of respondents choose prosocial active coping-strategies, but 37 % of students prefer asocial (both active and passive) patterns, up to aggressive actions. Psychodiagnostics of personality and individual-psychological features of individuals of both groups was carried out. It was found that respondents with constructive type of stress behavior are more active, sociable, practical, self-critical, possess high self-control and responsibility, and persons with prevalence of destructive patterns of stress behavior, on the contrary, are more withdrawn, sensitive, emotionally labile, insufficiently self-critical. It was found that the respondents of the first group have a low level of trustworthiness with a high level of sociability, and the respondents of the second group have the opposite trend. It is concluded that the study of dominant personality traits that form the portrait of different types of stress-overcoming behavior will allow building mathematical models with a hierarchy of leading factors-markers within the framework of regression and factor analysis.

OF SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS
(BY THE EXAMPLE OF TVER STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY)
Authors: O.I. Tumanova, S.S. Nechaeva
Abstract: The article notes that in the modern realities of the functioning of higher education, the problems of the turnover of young personnel and the general decrease in the motivation of scientific and pedagogical staff for professional growth and improvement are among the most urgent. In this regard, it was emphasized that the role of effective career management of scientific and pedagogical workers is of particular importance. It is stated that career management is not only a set of tools for managing human resources, but also a whole system aimed at developing the potential of employees, their motivation and involvement in teaching and scientific activities. Established career management strategies today do not adequately meet all the needs of higher education, and are not adapted to its specifics, so there is a need not only for a systematic and comprehensive study of the application of career management methods for research and teaching staff, but also for the development of a fundamentally new set of career management technologies based on higher education.. Relevant for many modern organizations, career management technologies are based for the most part on managing the careers of employees with the mutual goal of making a profit, while when they are applied to research and teaching staff, a fundamentally different set of factors must be taken into account. It is concluded that the creation and functioning of an effective career management system for higher school employees should contribute to the formation of an appropriate corporate culture and increase employee engagement, which will have an impact on attracting and retaining young professionals, as well as increase their motivation to work.
