THE IMAGE OF CHINA IN THE PHILOSOPHY
AND SONG POETRY OF VLADIMIR VYSOTSKY (AS EXEMPLIFIED IN SOME ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS)

Abstract: The article considers the image of China in the context of world philosophy and shows its reflection by means of author's imagery in song sketches by Vladimir Vysotsky. The proportionality of transmission of author's imagery in some analogs of poems in English is compared. It is pointed out that the subsequent results of lexico-semantic and comparative analysis of figurative means of V. Vysotsky's Chinese cycle revealed the actualization of the problems of irony reception and the dominance of author's occasionalisms with ironic connotation on the basis of cliched Sovietisms of the last century.

T.N. GRANOVSKII ON THE VALUES
OF CLASSICAL AND POLYTECHNICAL EDUCATION

Abstract: The views of the Russian historian-medievalist T.N. Granovsky on the meaning and social significance of classical (humanitarian) and real (polytechnic) education are considered. It is pointed out that Granovsky joined the dispute between representatives of classical and polytechnic education when he published an open letter to the Minister of Public Education of Russia. It is shown that, being a supporter of classical education, Granovsky did not exclude the importance of polytechnic knowledge, so he perceived both types of education as coherent, but not entirely coinciding processes. It is concluded that classical education carries a discursive load, while polytechnic education carries an activity load. It is noted that, from Granovsky's point of view, they are able to form a harmonious whole.

COMMUNICATION DETERMINATION IN THE PROCESS OF PERSONALITY FORMATION

Abstract: The article considers communication as a social category that determines the formation of personal consciousness and values, assimilation of social practice. THE PHILOSOPHICAL BASIS OF THE TECHNOLOGIES
THAT SHAPE THE DIGITAL SOCIETY

Abstract: The article presents the results of the analysis related to the establishment of the essence of modern technologies by the founders of the philosophy of technology (on the example of the ideas of M. Heidegger, G. Marcuse, M. McLuhan). It is pointed out that this field of research was formed in the New and Modern times, but its problematics goes back to the philosophy of Antiquity. The main subject of the study is the comprehension by the leading philosophers of modernity of the change in the essence of technology, which it underwent in the New Age. It is noted that the way of world understanding has changed, because in the New European science-centered philosophy reality was separated from the goals immanent to it. The result of the analysis was the conclusion that modern technologies are based on a certain way of understanding things, representing reality as a system of operational means. The principles that constitute the philosophical basis of modern technologies that form the digital society were singled out and formulated.

Abstract: The article analyzes the results of the study of the influence of gender stereotypes on interpersonal communication of young people conducted in 2023 among students of Tver State Technical University. It is indicated that the study of young people's perceptions of gender stereotypes and their influence on various aspects of life can be used as an effective tool for educational work with the student audience.

IMPROVING HUMAN COGNITIVE ABILITIES – ETHICAL CONFLICTS

Abstract: The article deals with ethical contradictions that arise in the process of application of biomedical technologies to improve human cognitive abilities. It is pointed out that these contradictions problematize the relationship between the natural beginning of man and the artificial one. Special attention is paid to the fact that the improvement of human cognitive abilities and cognitive functions provides an opportunity to acquire socially effective knowledge and skills in the shortest possible way, excluding social adaptation and neglecting possible crises of identity and self-overcoming. It is noted that the inclusion of cognitive improvement technologies in the sphere of consumption existing in modern society will lead to a change in the essence of man - a decrease in spiritual aspirations, freedom, weakening of the will, loss of dignity and transformation of man into another enterprise of technological upgrade.

Abstract: The article describes one of the key directions of administrative reform in Russia – the organization of Internet communication between the authorities and society. The author considers the regulatory framework for assessing the performance of officials taking into account the criterion of building public trust. The results of the applied sociological research conducted in 2022 with the assistance of the Public Chamber of the Tver Oblast concerning the role of the Internet in the development of civil society and dialog between the population and the authorities. The authors characterize their own experience of using specific channels of electronic communication between the authorities and the population of the Tver Oblast and provide an assessment of such experience by the respondents.

Abstract: The article shows the relevance of the development of electronic communications between the government and society for building a civil society. It analyzes the results of an applied research conducted with the assistance of the Public Chamber of the Tver Oblast in 2022. The article presents the respondents' opinions on whether Internet communications contribute to the development of dialog between the authorities and the population. The results of the discussion on the relevance of the problem of the development of Internet communication between the authorities, as well as opinions on the possible initiator of the development of this form of communication are presented.

Abstract: The article raises the question about the relevance of studying self-actualization of personality as a leading factor in preventive work with burnout of educational psychologists. A brief theoretical analysis of the study of the phenomenon of personality self-actualization in the aspect of self-regulation is carried out. It is emphasized that self-actualization of personality is one of the leading factors of coping with burnout in the professional activity of educational psychologists. It is emphasized that self-actualization of personality can be a source of realization of personal potential of a teacher-psychologist as a professional.

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of professional psychological selection. Several theoretical approaches to the study of this topic are analyzed. Such basic concepts as "professional suitability", "professional abilities" and "professionally important qualities" are disclosed. The main groups of professionally important qualities that make up the structure of professional suitability are outlined. The main approaches to professional selection and its levels are considered. The content of the seven main stages of professional-psychological selection is described, and the tasks of each stage are specified.

Abstract: The article analyzes such a phenomenon as manipulation. It is pointed out that this term is used to describe the influence, in which the adoption of another's opinion or the purchase of goods or services by the target person can lead to an unfavorable result for him. It is noted that manipulation of people has specific purposes and serves to influence the behavior of others. It is concluded that in this context the term "manipulation" has negative connotations and is characterized by concealment of intent.

Abstract: The article considers the management of social systems as a target complex for the implementation of tasks related to the main directions of activity in the organization. It is pointed out that the mechanisms of social systems management can be divided into conscious and mechanism of spontaneous regulation. The features contributing to the implementation of the method of organized impact on the management object are mentioned. It is concluded that the object of management is a worker, and the purpose of management is specific characteristics that meet the requirements of a particular production. It is noted that since these requirements may change over time, the goals and objectives of administrative impact on employees will also change.

Abstract: . The article analyzes the problem of organizational commitment of the company's employees. The importance of disclosing this issue in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of the firm is noted. The results of a brief analysis of the main foreign and domestic approaches to the concepts of "organizational commitment" and "organizational loyalty" are presented. Particular attention is paid to organizational commitment, which is a hard and intense work of management and human resources services, aimed at the gradual formation of employees' desire to become a full-fledged representative of the company, to stay working in it for as long as possible and regularly make maximum efforts for the successful performance of their professional duties.

Abstract: The article is devoted to psychological aspects of professional health of medical workers. The activity of oncologists, who are in the group of high risk of professional burnout development, is considered. The negative influence of professional burnout on such work criteria as the quality of medical services, increased risk of medical errors, increased frequency of confrontations with colleagues and patients is indicated. The results of psychodiagnostic examination and psychological recommendations are given.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of certain issues of the implementation of housing policy in the Russian Federation, while special attention is paid to the problem of dilapidated and emergency housing. An analysis of theoretical, regulatory and practical aspects related to the recognition of housing as dilapidated or emergency was carried out. Identified key issues within the research topic. Priority directions for the implementation of housing policy in Russia for the next decade have been identified. Recommendations are made to resolve or, at a minimum, reduce the severity of the problem of dilapidated and emergency housing.

Abstract: The article presents a study of the relationship between the prices of peat and mineral fertilisers in the world market. The graphs reflecting the dynamics of fluctuations in the weighted average price of the main types of mineral and peat fertilisers on the world market are analysed. Correlation and elasticity of weighted average prices on the world fertiliser market are assessed. As a conclusion, a hypothesis about the relationship between the prices of mineral fertilisers and peat-based fertilisers is put forward.
