WOMEN'S WEDDING FASHION AS AN INDICATOR
OF SOCIOCULTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF SOCIETY

Abstract: The main concepts of imitation as an interpretation of the concept of "fashion" by various sociologists are presented. The social functions of fashion, factors of fashion movement and development are revealed. The spheres of modern fashion activity are described. A separate direction – wedding fashion – is considered. Changes of wedding dress under the influence of socio-cultural factors are shown. The results of content analysis of photographs on the topic "Women's wedding fashion as an indicator of socio-cultural transformations of society" are analyzed. The most preferred colors, components, materials, length, finishing of the dress; accessories, capes and headdress of the bride are studied. The socio-cultural features of each particular era in various elements of the bride's wedding attire are reflected.

INDIA IN THE CONTEXT OF PHILOSOPHY AND SONG POETRY
OF VLADIMIR VYSOTSKY (AS EXEMPLIFIED
IN SOME ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS)

Abstract: The article analyzes the image of India in the context of world philosophy, as well as in the context of its reflection through humorous imagery in Vladimir Vysotsky's songwriting. The proportionality of transmission of author's imagery in some analogs of poems in English is studied. It is noted that the results of lexico-semantic and stylistic analysis of imagery in V. Vysotsky's poems about India showed the actualization of parody problems and the dominance of author's metaphorical occasionalisms on the basis of refraction of colloquial phraseologisms of the Soviet era of the last century.

IDEAS OF I. KANT IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF RUSSIAN PERSONALISM

Abstract: The influence of Kant's philosophy on the views of representatives of Russian personalism at the turn of the XIX–XX centuries is studied. It is noted that each personalist philosopher – A.A. Kozlov, N.O. Lossky, L.M. Lopatin – was interested in a special aspect of Kant's legacy. The attention is focused on ethical and psychological researches of Lopatin, who creatively activated a number of Kant's provisions. It is revealed that Lopatin as a supporter of "ethical personalism" reinterpreted the moral imperative formulated by Kant in an ethical-psychological context. It is concluded that Lopatin's moral choice, in comparison with the postulates of Kant's philosophy, is subjective and can resonate through the prism of personal experience.

UNCERTAINTY: THE CHALLENGE OF THE MODERN WORLD

Abstract: The article considers uncertainty as an indicator of the modern world and one of its key characteristics. It is shown that uncertainty, being a characteristic feature of the human world picture, has become absolute, and certainty has become relative, while the human desire to protect himself fr om uncertainty affects his choice, decision-making and actions. It is noted that the rapid increase in complexity of the modern world poses a problem to man, what to do and how to cope with such complexity. It is pointed out that the solution of the problem is possible through the development of a person's appropriate adequate position in relation to uncertainty, based on the recognition of uncertainty as an inherent factor of existence, wh ere the complexity of the modern world is associated with uncertainty and simultaneously with the evolution of human capabilities, and a positive attitude of a person to uncertainty becomes productive for his personal development, self-determination and affects the willingness to make choices and decisions in conditions that are not predetermined and not predetermined in advance.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of formation of psychological readiness of future specialists to professional activity. The paper analyzes the works of domestic scientists in the context of the studied problems. On the basis of theoretical analysis, an attempt is made to identify the leading components in the structure of psychological readiness, the specifics of their formation and the possibility of their diagnosis and correction. The general points for building a unified model of labor readiness of engineering personnel of different professional orientation at the stage of higher education are highlighted.

ANALYSIS OF INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES INTEGRATION

Abstract: The article notes that information technology (IT) has a comprehensive impact on our lives. It is indicated that those areas in which the use of the Internet was not supposed to be twenty years ago, now cannot do without the use of network functions. It is emphasized that with the advent of the IT, life has changed beyond recognition and education has not become an exception. The advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of information technologies into the learning process as an inevitable consequence of scientific and technological progress are analyzed. Tver State Technical University is considered as a vivid example of the close connection between information technology and traditional ways of learning. It is shown that systematization of knowledge about digitalization and awareness of the essence of its positive and negative features are extremely important aspects due to the fact that progress does not stand still, and therefore the educational sphere must adapt to rapidly developing technological processes.

THE PRINCIPLE OF «FLIPPED LEARNING» IN GRAMMAR

Abstract: The problem of psychological peculiarities of students' communication in the context of teaching grammatical structures of a foreign language is considered. It is noted that the correct use of grammatical components in oral and written speech improves the student's communicative skills, and a better understanding of grammatical material helps "inverted learning". This model works when new material is learned and/or reinforced through exercises independently at home (online), and in the classroom there is discussion and practical reinforcement of the material learned. Such components of "flipped learning" as learning environment, learning culture, teaching material and teacher professionalism are studied. It is emphasized that the learning atmosphere built by teachers is lively and interactive, and the negative side of such a system is that the workload for students may increase.

ON THE WAY TO CREATING A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: The article notes that in the conditions of interaction in the educational space, joint training of students from different countries in an intercultural environment has a certain educational potential, which is the basis for the formation of necessary skills and experience of intercultural communication in students. It is emphasized that the success of joint training depends on many conditions of its organization. The state of students' well-being in multicultural groups is investigated to prove that the practice of intercultural education and positive intercultural attitude of teachers positively influence the success of higher education students and contribute to the achievement of high results in learning in terms of eudemonia, life satisfaction, positive affect, sense of belonging to the alma mater, desire to learn and acquire new knowledge. It is indicated that this is a guarantee on the way to the achievement by the learner of a high professional level in his future activity.

SOCIAL INTERDEPENDENCE STRUCTURING

Abstract: The article notes that social interdependence exists when individuals' outcomes are influenced by their own and others' actions. Two types of social interdependence are specified: positive (when the actions of individuals contribute to the achievement of joint goals) and negative (when the actions of individuals hinder the achievement of each other's goals). The concepts of such founders of Gestalt psychology as K. Koffka, K. Lewin, and M. Deutsch are considered. The variables that determine the effectiveness of cooperation and competition are listed. It is emphasized that positive and negative interdependence can be structured through additional roles, group contingencies, and compartmentalization of information.

PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH ISSUE: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract: The leading psychological concepts of health and well-being are described. The key determinants of psychological health have been identified based on the analysis of the works of leading scientists working in this field. A number of features of the health phenomenon in the context of related scientific fields (pedagogy, sociology, medicine) are listed. The multidimensional interpretation of its content is noted. The importance of the balance of all body systems for the feeling of general well-being, which is the main condition for the formation of psychological health, is indicated. A set of specific criteria for the specified human health has been established, ensuring viability, stress resistance, as well as successful adaptation in difficult life situations.

Abstract: The article considers the issues related to the provision to individuals and legal entities of land plots, the state ownership of which is not delimited, in the territory of the Tver Oblast. The norms of the current legislation regulating legal relations related to the disposal of these land plots are given, and the results achieved in this area of activity in the territory of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation are described. Both advantages and disadvantages of the regional practice arising in the exercise of these powers are identified.

Abstract: The article deals with the issues of personnel management within the quality management system. Taking into account the variety of services, the specificity of the organizational structure of enterprises providing services, small number of personnel, it is proposed to use a simplified algorithm of personnel management procedures in the development of quality management system, taking into account the quality of services provided. In connection with the existing dependence of the quality of services on the qualification and education level of personnel and in order to improve management efficiency, it is recommended to establish constant control over the level of qualification of employees.

Abstract: . The article analyzes the data on the volume of paid services in value terms in the Tver Oblast as a whole and per capita in particular. The reasons that caused its change are specified, taking into account the specifics of the services provided, and approaches to the assessment of the cost of services are considered. It is proposed to use the quality of services as the main indicator characterizing the service and taking into account its difference from goods. Approaches to quality assessment are recommended, taking into account the interests of the consumer.

Abstract: . The issues of the development of digital trade infrastructure in the Russian Federation are considered. The role of digital commerce in the modern domestic economy is outlined. A statistical analysis of the main indicators in the field of digital trading infrastructure was carried out: the total turnover of the domestic retail e-commerce market, the volume of orders, the average receipt and others, which showed a significant increase in domestic online commerce in the Russian Federation. The problems of functioning of the digital trade infrastructure that arose in connection with the imposed sanctions restrictions by unfriendly states are considered.

Abstract: The article notes that the trends in the development of the world economy indicate the need to search for new conditions capable of forming a labor market that meets current needs. One of such directions in the field of personnel management, which requires the search for new solutions, is the improvement of the quality of labor life of employees. Abstract: The article provides a critical analysis of the new draft law "On prospecting activities". The advantages and disadvantages of the draft law, as well as peculiarities and nuances of its application are assessed. The map of the regions of the Russian Federation where free miners are allowed to mine gold is considered. Conclusions are drawn on the need for a more thorough elaboration of certain provisions of the draft law, in particular, on the registration of the site, technological aspects of gold mining and ways of selling the extracted gold.
