Abstract: The article examines the formation in 1869–1874 ideas of F. Nietzsche about the
hygiene of life. It is argued that reflections on psychological hygiene are contained in the
thinker's first philosophical work «The Birth of tragedy from the spirit of music». It is
concluded that F. Nietzsche's ideas about the hygiene of life, outlined by the philosopher in
the essay «On the benefits and harms of history for life», arose as a result of the
development of ideas presented in the text of the treatise «The Birth of tragedy from the
spirit of music»; these ideas allow us to consider him an original thinker of both his time
and modernity.

IN THE SOCIO-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION MODEL
Authors: PAVLOVA Nadezhda Ivanovna – Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate
Professor of the Department of Russian Languag,
SPIN-code: 4354-0349; e-mail: nadija_80@mail.ru
Abstract: The article analyzes the current socio-cultural changes in the communication
model of interaction between the author and the reader, due to the digital capabilities of
the modern era. The main consequences associated with the tendency of unhindered entry
into the literary space of both authors and readers are investigated. It shows how the
culture of everyday life influences genre transformations, literary consumption and the
quality of a literary text. The mechanisms and strategies of ongoing transformations in the
mode of the author and the readership are traced, correcting the idea of literature as an
institution and establishing new conventions in the modern literary process. Such
phenomena as literary workshops and similar forms, writer's coaching, and network
communication affecting the status of the author in the reader's perception are considered
as registers of communication. The changing contours of interaction between authors and
readers become the basis of the anthropological turn in literature caused by the
virtualization of communication.

AS PRINCIPLES OF POLITICAL FORM
IN C. SCHMITT'S PHILOSOPHY
Authors: TUMANOVA Olga Igorevna – Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate
Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Technologies, SPIN-code: 3225-2480; е-mail: maks69@bk.ru

society and government is an important task of the modern political process. The article
examines the research of the German philosopher K. Schmitt, in which he comes to the
conclusion that the diversity of political forms of the state is ensured by the difference of

history of the study of these mechanisms in social and political thought, makes an attempt
to analyze the combination of the principles of identity and representation in a modern
legal state.

professional reliability of a specialist. The dynamics of interests of domestic researchers in
this subject area is described. Various approaches to the isolation of psychological
determinants of labor reliability in the context of engineering psychology and ergonomics
(from psychophysiological, individual-psychological to personal) are considered. It is

professional activities and the employee of the organization as a whole, in order to further
clarify the factors of its reliability at the psychological level. Particular attention is paid to
engineering activities as a complex type of technical activity and has become the basis for
the development of safety and reliability issues at the initial stage. Based on professional
and psychograms of popular engineering professions, the composition of professionally important qualities is determined, which becomes the basis for guidelines for
psychodiagnostic research of predictors of professional reliability of future engineers.

INTERRELATION OF VALUE STRUCTURE AND LIFE ORIENTATIONS TAKING
INTO ACCOUNT GENDER PECULIARITIES
(BY THE EXAMPLE OF STUDENTS OF TVER UNIVERSITIES)
Authors: VLASENKO Natalya Yurevna – Сandidate of Biological Sciences, Associate
Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Philosophy, SPIN-code: 7449-8646; e-mail: natalya_vlasenko@mail.ru
Abstract: The work made it possible to identify certain gender characteristics of the value
structure and meaningful life orientations of student youth. For girls, career and financial
well-being were the priorities, for boys – personal relationships and love. The majority of
respondents chose personal freedom and social tolerance as outsiders. Young men have a balanced structure of life-meaning orientations of the temporary life continuum and an
internal type of locus-control in the sphere of managing their lives. The girls revealed
certain deformations of the semantic construct with a shift to the past or future with the
depreciation of the meaning of the present and a more external type of locus control. When
the value structure is projected onto the entire temporal space of life, family well-being
and health act as fundamental support systems. The paper also shows that a negative
emotional background leads to deformation of the semantic core of a young person's
personality, while the value structure is preserved and stable.
Keywords: values, life-meaning orientations, personal anxiety, reactive anxiety, youth.

the period of mixed forms of distance learning. The sample was made up of students with
limited features of 1–6 courses of TvSMU. The results show that students with disabilities
demonstrate high engagement in the educational process and at the same time integration
into the future profession (along with openness, interest, goodwill and willingness to
communicate), which together allows us to draw conclusions about the satisfactory sociopsychological health of students and a high level of involvement and awareness in
choosing a profession.

psychological-pedagogical monitoring of the adaptive potential of junior medical students.
The lack of preventive and corrective measures of the consequences of maladaptation to
educational activities can lead to the development of addictions in students, as well as
deviant and delinquent behavior. The article presents the results of a study of the general
mental state, the tendency to addictive and delinquent behavior, as well as maladaptive
disorders in university students in the learning process. Such forms of manifestation as
communicative and activity disorders, somatic manifestations, integral maladaptation,
increased anxiety and aggressiveness, a tendency to deviant behavior are explicated. A low
level of adaptive potential and neuropsychic stability was revealed. The assessment of the
general mental state and maladaptive disorders proposed by us is considered relevant and
necessary for further research and development of preventive and correctional measures
in higher educational institutions.

the general to the private; the management principles fully reflect the features of land
management and, as a result, are the basis for the implementation of state and municipal
