THE RIGHT-MONARCHIST IDEOLOGY AND ITS REPRESENTATION IN THE POLITICAL SYMBOLS OF RUSSIAN RIGHT-WING PARTIES AND UNIONS OF THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY

Abstract: Based on a wide range of written sources and the works of modern historians, the main postulates of the monarchist ideology and their symbolic representation in the names, badges, banners, rituals and other attributes of the Russian Black Hundred parties and unions of the early twentieth century are considered. The effectiveness of using the language of political symbols in popularizing and propagating the ideological doctrine of the right-wing political camp is noted.

INTERESTS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: REFLECTIVE APPROACH

Abstract: The interests of students of a technical university from the perspective of their personal and semantic reflection, an essay by second-year students of Tver state technical university on the topic «My interests here and now» are considered. It is revealed that the reflexive approach is important for two reasons: firstly, it gives students the opportunity to analyze themselves and rationally assess their aspirations and needs, and secondly, it helps the teacher to personalize the learning process of philosophy. It is concluded that familiarization with interests leads to a number of judgments. The following are indicated as positive aspects: the authors of the essay indicate that interest as an active concentration of a person on attractive activities is reproduced in the traditions of family and interpersonal communications; respondents understand the flexibility and dynamics of their interests; the vast majority notes the interrelation of interests, the level of self-awareness and professional choice. A negative aspect is the poor development of critical thinking in a number of students who find themselves unable to formulate adequate judgments about their interests.

NECESSITY OF CORPORATE CULTURE IMPROVEMENT AS A CONDITION FOR EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF A MODERN HIGH SCHOOL (BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF TVSTU)

Abstract: It is noted that the issue of improving the efficiency of higher education remains relevant for the modern education system. It is indicated that curricula and programs are being improved, the level of material and technical provision of educational institutions is increasing, however, in the process of modernization, due attention is not always paid to the key component of the educational process – the teaching staff and its working conditions. It is indicated that the development of corporate culture in higher education will improve the quality of working conditions of its employees, which, in turn, will ensure greater efficiency of the educational organization. The analysis of the level of satisfaction of scientific and pedagogical staff of Tver state technical university with certain aspects of the university's work, which form an important part of corporate culture, is presented. Recommendations formulated based on the results of the analysis and aimed at improving the level of employee satisfaction are proposed.

SUICIDE AS A SELF-DESTRUCTIVE HUMAN BEHAVIOR

Abstract: The philosophical aspects of suicide as a self-destructive human behavior are considered. The topic of suicide, which is one of the most pressing problems of our time, is analyzed as an existentially important human attitude to one's life and death. It is noted that suicide as a philosophical problem is described in the history of philosophical thought as a free decision of the will, in which the purpose of suicide is revealed in a meaningful finding and making a decision aimed at voluntary retirement from life, i.e. death becomes a conscious goal of the individual, a way to solve a life crisis, escape from problems that cause suffering and act as the basis of self-destructive behavior.

Abstract: The results of the 2023 study «Amateur sports as a factor of socialization of Tver residents» are presented. The proportion of people for whom sport is an agent of socialization is revealed; the impact of amateur sports on the socialization of personality in different periods of human life is estimated. The negative and positive sides of amateur sports are indicated. The main reasons hindering, in the opinion of respondents, socialization through amateur sports are named. The measures that will contribute to the formation of amateur sports as a full-fledged agent of socialization in Russia are listed.

FORMATION OF AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL SITUATION OF DEVELOPMENT IN SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN

Abstract: The problem of the growth of aggression is considered, aggressiveness as a stable characteristic, as well as as an affective state in schoolchildren studying in a modern educational environment. A brief theoretical analysis of the study of the phenomenon of aggression as a defect of the psycho-emotional sphere in childhood is carried out. The reasons for the development of aggression are indicated, in particular, the importance of social factors is emphasized. As preventive measures, it is proposed to use various methods and techniques of psychological assistance aimed at reducing the level of aggression and aggressiveness in general in school-age children.

PROTECTION OF LAND CADASTRE INFORMATION

Abstract: The current methods and methods of protection of land cadastre information are considered. Two groups of land cadastre information are given: open and closed (limited) use, which determines the use of different types and means of information protection. It is noted that the degree of information security is determined not only by how the Rosreestr department performs the function of protecting the above-mentioned information, but also by how responsibly the subjects of land and property relations themselves relate to ensuring this protection.

Abstract: It is noted that Russian enterprises are reluctant to implement an environmental management system (EMS). It is shown that the energy industry is the largest polluter of the environment. The issues of assessing the prospects and effectiveness of the use of EMS are considered. It is proved that the introduction of EMS in this industry significantly affects environmental performance in both the short and long term. The example of an energy enterprise shows the positive changes that have arisen as a result of the use of EMS by this enterprise.

Abstract: The article provides an example of using the income approach to assess the value of a peat business. The results of the strategies of enterprise behavior are shown. An assessment of the cost of the peat business was carried out, financial losses are given in case of an incorrect choice of the strategy of the enterprise's behavior. Strategic recommendations are given to the investor on the optimal choice of the enterprise's behavior strategy.
